Zachary Hitchcock- The Artist, Yogi, and Philosopher

The San Diego Union-Tribune

This review from The San Diego Union-Tribune

Ghosts. Spectres. Doppelgangers. This local trio’s album is haunted by a ghost of musical phantoms, many of them wearing love beads. Too many tunes quote directly from Hendrix, Santana, and Led Zeppelin, but once the purple haze clears and the copycat riffs fade away, GT350 sounds like a band with present day promise. The best of the bunch are “Kid” and “Ellis”, in which guitarist- vocalist, Zachary Hitchcock, and the band trade psychedelia for ‘Nuggets’ style danger, and swagger off with the House of the Rising Sun door prize.

THE FIRST ALBUM-GT350
The self-titled album GT350 was completed mid- Summer 1998.

The album release was at ‘Canes in Mission Beach, California to a packed house. Big Thanks to all and especially Johnny White and his showcase.splash_cover1.gif
